Delete Your Account
You can request deletion of your AquaMate account and all data associated with it at any time. Deletion is complete and permanent — there is no recovery after it is processed.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to support@aquamate.dev with the subject "Delete my AquaMate account".
- Send it from the email address you use to sign in to AquaMate. If you sign in with a phone number instead, include that phone number in the email so we can locate your account, and we may ask you to confirm a sign-in to verify it is really you.
- Your account and data will be deleted within 30 days, and you will receive a confirmation reply when it is done.
What gets deleted
Everything associated with your account:
· Your account details (email or phone number, name, profile picture)
· All aquarium logs — tanks, inhabitants, water parameters, and
maintenance records
· Your device's push-notification registration
· Your sign-in identity in Firebase Authentication
Nothing is retained after deletion. Routine operational logs (which contain no aquarium-log content) expire automatically on their own schedule.
Partial deletion
If you only want to remove individual entries rather than your whole account, you can delete any log directly in the app — no request needed.
